Heat Cycling

I've been buying my Kumhos from the Tire Rack, and I always have them
heat-cycled.  I was thinking about trying Toyo Proxes RA-1s, but I've
been told that they come from the factory in serious need of
heat-cycling.  The Tire Rack does not sell them.  Where else can one
have tires heat cycled?
