I received a reminder off-list that there were DNW and sideshow problems
before the member only rule, so maybe a more conservative move would be
to just lift that 5-guest per event limit for Slush and the away
low-turnout sites.

Oh, and while we're in a positive can-do spirit, ban kit cars and
Toyotas from OSP please.  Thanks.  ;-)
