Round 4: EIGHT run groups have been defined

The Steering Committee ruled; we are going back to 8 run groups. These are now
posted, see

Note that this means that normal rotation does not work. You thought you were
going to run in the afternoon, but now you may actually be runnung first thing
in the morning. Don't take it for granted, read the web page.
