For those of you interested:
Heat transfer in a radiator is directly proportionaly to radiator area, 
proportional to the (0.8) root of the airstream velocity and proportional to 
the (0.8) root of the radiator fluid velocity.  Hence the most effective 
approach to improving cooling is to simply increase radiator area. 
 Increasing airstream velocity through the radiator is also useful but 
increasing radiator fluid velocity via an improved water pump would be 
equally effective.  Of course a combination of any of the above would be 
even better.  If anyone is interested in more detail on the mathematics I
