Scott,

I don't recall how I wired it to the ignition, but I will check it next 
weekend when I see the car again. The only thing I would do differently 
is put on a cut out switch so that when the battery is low and I am 
trying to start the car, I can cut down on the drain by turning off the 
compressor.
