Reglue passenger window

I need to reglue my passenger side window back on the track,I removed the 
window last year,and removed all traces of the old advisive,now I need to 
know how high to reattach the window regulator to the glass.Also where can I 
get a new window regulator for the drivers side door,and also a interior door 
panel for the drivers side door. Thank in advance.
