Speaking of catalytic converters and emissions - I had a hell of a
time at the DMV yesterday. I had to spend over an hour waiting for them to
find out that I didn't need catalytic converters (yeah, I removed them.. uh
huh.). And then I failed the Hydrocarbons horribly. 250 is the max allowed
at idle, and I had over 900. Same results on load. So now I am having a
tune-up done. Any advice, ideas?
