The only place I have seen it is in the catalog.  The item number is 8448 and 
it's called the Super Street Sensation.  Like all Lego stuff, the price is 
kinda high $129.99.  The phone number to order is 800-453-4652.  Of course 
there is some (a lot of) assembly required as it has 1,408 pieces.  You can 
also order a battery powered motor, item #8735 Lego Technic Motor, for $39.99 
if you want to spin the wheels and turn the engine.
