Dave,
What usually breaks is that outer seal and I wrote an article for Brickline
Mag (Vol 23 #2) about 2 years ago on redoing it. The seals are about 10.00
and are available at www.zip-corvette.com -- look under their tech articles
for headlight actuator -- they even tell how to do it. Kim
