Wheel problems

My wheels are out of round. I have heard the original manufacturer can 
refurbish them. Any idea how much that costs?

If I switch to new wheels, what are the specs I need to look for? Anyone have 
a particular style of wheel you recommend as looking and working well on a 
Bricklin?
