My book says:

Dwell 29 to 31 degrees
Initial timing, with vacuum advance disconnected, @700  rpm, 5 degrees
Point gap .016
Plugs N-12Y  gap .033 to .037
Cub idle 700 rpm

Is that enough?  I'll leave book out if you need more.
