| David, I have a similar problem. Before cutting you may want to see if you can locate the piece with something like a pen magnet through the holes for the bolts. I was able to get the bolt into one of the holes and swing the other side around as it tightened. I just have to be careful if I remove it again to not let it drop. Greg |
