The 2.5" we put on did do some good. With the stock exhaust the car did 16.4@83 
MPH  after the 2.5" pipes and Floewmaster it did 16.3@85 MPH Track conditions 
were the same as was the weather. Remember this car has a 351W If you put 3" 
pipes I could see a loss in performance.  The faster you can get the exhaust 
out of a car the more power it will make period.
