Several owners have reported that the leaks have been
either almost eliminated or eliminated with new door seals.

However, there are several places, and conditions that will
cause the Bricklin to leak. And yes, if you address these
issues, you should be able make it virtually dry.

As to keeping it outside, there are several possibilities.
1. place a plastic tarp over the roof, windshield and
hatch. Then cover with a car cover. This will keep
most of the water from getting into the car.

2. You don't say, if you live in an appartment / town
house or not. But you can get a "tent" garage fairly
inexpensively. So if you have any room, you can
errect on of these in the back/side yard and store the
Bricklin in that. Again, that would keep the water
   off.

Not too badly. However, in the rain and snow the tail
end is very light and will slip out. If you've been
driving a front wheel drive car for the last 20 years
and not driven a rear wheel drive car, than the
handling will be very different from what you are used
to.
