Front End Work continues

I am getting close to completing the front end work.  I would like to replace
the rubber pieces over the fender wells with a urethane like material and
possibly change the shape to fill some of the openings a little better.  Has
anyone tried this or can recommend where to purchase a roll of at least 1/4"
thick urethane so I can cut out the new shapes.
