Very True!!!  But I for one can't afford a RAID setup.  Yes you can mirror,
and that's not all bad.  But if you really want security, then you want 
RAID5.  And that takes several drives.  I maybe able to afford 1 extra drive,
but I don't think I'm going to spend the money for 3 to 5 extra drives.

Now if I were in business, that would be another story.  At work we all our
servers are RAID5.  And I think the only mother borads that have onboard
RAID rear the more expensive Server platforms.  At least at work none of
our work stations have RAID but all the servers do.
