| Hi Marvin,
I don't have any specific experience importing a B into Canada, but I looked
into it for other vehicles in the past.
Basically, if a vehicle is 15 years or older it can be imported into Canada
with fewer hassles.
There's a lot of info on it at Transport Canada's website
http://www.tc.gc.ca/roadsafety/safevehicles/importation/usa/index.htm
and at the Registrar of Imported Vehicles (a company contracted by Transport
Canada)

Subject: [Bricklin] Importing a B to Canada

s anyone familiar with importing a Bricklin to Canada? I have someone
interested in buying mine but is running into some issues. First is that I
have a rebuilt/restored branded title. The second issue is that Utah does
not have any record of it prior to when I registered it in 2002. It's
probably because sometime prior to that they purged their database of all
titles
that have been inactive for at least 3 years.
My brother-in-law got it sometime in the late 80's and can't remember what
type of title he had. He thinks it was a salvage title but it could have
been a dismantling permit. Anyway we can't find a record of either.
The guy in Canada really want's it but doesn't know where to go from here.
Any ideas?
Marvin
