Silicone spray works; dishwashing soap works. Brute force (in a vise or large clamp or arbor press) without lube works. Don't use a petrolem based lubricant like wd-40. And *DO* put lots of antiseize down the middle of the steel tube - I had to cut two bushings out last night where the bolt had rusted to the bushing. |
