One method I have read about but never tried for removing stuck caliper
pistons is to use an expanding freeze plug. These consist of a rubber
disk sandwiched between 2 metal plates with a bolt through the center
of the thing. When the bolt is tightened, the plug expands.
To romove a stuck piston, find a plug that will fit inside the piston.
Drill a hole in a piece of scrap metal (~1/4" thick) and attach it
to the bolt in the plug. Insert the plug in the piston and tighten
the bolt. Use the metal plate to pry the piston out.
Good luck,
Mike
