If this is anything like a PAS Triumph, (I guess it'll use an Alford &
Adler or an AdWest rack, same as Triumph do), the rack is usually held to
the chassis with botls fitted through four Metalastik bushes - if these get
oil on, you will get the rubber softening and the rack starts to move about
during cornering, etc!
To get at them, you'll need to drain the fluid from the rack and pump,
disconnect the hoses, disconnect the track rod ends and take off the rack.
You can then see where the Metalastik bushes are located in the chassis -
use the usual techniques for getting these out (! :->) and put the new ones
in. Refit all your steering bits (might as well overhaul the rack while
you've got it out?), job done! Easy, if you ignore the getting out of the
old bushes.
