I wanted to thank Chris Ball and the organising committee for a wonderful
day on Sunday the 18th. I drove up with a small(!) mini delegation from
Windsor (about 400 kms), though I personally came in my Wolseley 6/110
(better highway car) and found two other similar Wolseley's there!
But, I think what most impressed me about the day - and I think what best
illustrates all that we Britcar types stand for, was the spirit of fun
and goodwill to ALL owners and the amazing diversity of cars and owners
(and that was years before "diversity" became so politically correct).
The show had Vauxhalls, Rovers, Reliants, Morris's, Austins, Rileys,
Daimlers and Wolseleys as well as, naturally, a wonderful selection of
MG's Triumphs Jags and Austin Healeys! I will leave Chris to give the
net some of the official stats, but just to say thank you from one of the
more distant visitors. The journey was well worth it!!

that I saw your posted note had mentioned that you would be on the gate!
