Hi to all, recently I purchased a 1986 Rover SD1 (VDP, Auto, carbs, LHD) which has been standing for quite some time. Now I am about to change the brake fluid. I am thinking about changing to DOT 5, silicon brake fluid. What is the best way to do this change? Do I flush the brake system with some other fluid (alcohol?) to get rid off all the old stuff or do I just start to fill it with the new brake fluid? Thanks, Joerg |
