Price for 215 parts

I've recently located a Buick 215 engine (in parts) and am wondering what a 
fair 
or reasonable value would be for the package. Included:

        215 short block
        2 sets of cylinder heads (one set rebuilt)
        2 4 bbl carbs (Rochester)
        2 4 bbl intake manifolds
        2 sets of exhaust headers
        1 bellhousing for a manual transmission
        other stuff
        
        no flywheel or clutch or starter or alternator 
        
        
What say ye?
