clutch housing bolt pattern

Does anyone have precise dimensions for the mounting holes of the clutch
housing? In particular I need the position of the two dowels relative to the
crank. As close as I can measure they are both on 7.281 (7 9/32?) radius.
The one above the starter is 22.06 degrees above the horizontal, and the
other dowel is on a horizontal line with the crank. Jon
