SD1 brake booster rebuild kit part #?

I just bought a used SD1 brake booster as an upgrade for my TR8,
and it's slightly leaky.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the part number for the
SD1 booster rebuild kit is. I have a Rimmer Bros. price list,
so can look up the price myself once I have the number.
(I'm in the US, but Rimmer's price on the TR8 booster kit is 1/2 what
  it costs here, I figured the SD1 would be even more of a difference)
