Car clubs

Will anyone who is an official with any car club please contact me.  I am 
planning a rather unusual car event and I need to bounce some ideas off 
clubs - not individuals as such.  The club would have to be within striking 
distance of Toronto - a week-end affair - so if you are too far way please 
ignore this
