I bought one from the "chain stores" for my 1600. It was listed as 311 sports.
It fit fine. When I buy tune up stuff etc you almost have to work backwards.
See what is listed for 68-70 datsun and look for what sounds right. IE "311
sports"," SP Sports",
"Roadster" or of course SPL-311 ushually works. You are right be cautious of
just 1600 or 2000 unless it says sports after it.
