Dash Retrofit

Is it possible to replace the 1969 dash with a 1967 style dash?

I prefer the classic look of the earlier models.

Also,  has anyone replaced the 1969 steering wheel with a slightly smaller one?
My knees are a little too friendly with the stock steering wheel.
