DaimlerChrysler and Nissan

clipped out of yesterday's paper-
"Automotive News, a trade publication, quotes retired Chrysler Vice 
Chairman Bob Lutz as saying that, if DaimlerChrysler wanted to spend 
a huge sum to acquire Nissan,  perhaps the best way to do it is to 
put $5 billion of gold bullion into a huge container, spray paint the 
word Nissan on the side, and dump it in the middle of the Pacific 
ocean. Then, only $5 billion will have gone down with the name Nissan 
on it"

OUCH!
