Funky front end

Hi all!
I've got a weird situation with my front end.  The passenger-side front   
wheel sticks out about 5/8" more than the driver's side wheel.  I checked   
the whole corner and can't find any obvious damage or evidence of an   
accident.

Is it:
a) a twisted frame?
b) body misalignment?
c) poor bodywork?

I just had the car painted and it required quite a bit of bodywork.  Any   
ideas would be greatly appreciated.
