Two questions for the list guru's

Dear Guru's,

Here's my questions;
1) Will a pair of Hitachi carbs from a 74, 260-Z bolt up and work on a 69
SRL311?
2) Will the front disc pads from a 67-68, 411sss (and or) 68-73, 510 work on
a 69 SRL311?
