Carbs

I am new to the datsun world, and am having a friend help to get my 66 w/ a 
70 motor started.  He mentioned that the carbs will need rebuilt and that the 
starter may need replaced.  He also said that z-therapy can do the carbs for 
about $350.00.  Is this the best place to send the carbs?  Is this price 
right?  Are there any other vendors who can do the work?  Thanks!
