Someone who will remain nameless tried to warn us of the following:

This is a very popular and very incorrect MYTH.
I'm one of the PostMasters here and this is one of the rumors we're
always fighting (that, and the one where Walt Disney Jr is giving
away free Disneyworld vacations).
Without wasting any more bandwidth: This is bunk. Here's quick
proof: the article quotes "Bill 602P". That's NOT how legislative bills
are numbered.
Put this out of your minds, and save the calls to your legislator to fight
against vehicle abatement programs.
