Have you tried whacking them? Seriously now, sometimes, especially if a car
has been sitting around for awhile, a "convincing tap" with a hammer-handle (
or other non-damaging *big thing*) can do a world of good!
Be sure to clean all the electrical connections - even if they dont look like
they need it.
