Dear list,
The car is still not correct. Some have suggested the timing or
distributor could be the problem. What is the correct timing for a
non-smog late 2000? I have it currently at 10 degrees. The way that the
distributor is set up currently that is as low as it can go using both
adjusters. I previously have set it more by pinging. Advance it as far as
possible w/o the engine pinging w/ hard acceleration.
