  Hi Bob,  my 70 1600 was built 4/70 as well. I bought it 4/2000.
Victor Laury asked me as we were putting shocks on (thanks Les) " how
does it feel to be your car's birthday present?" well, pretty good, 
I'm one of the best gifts that car has gotten in a while. If you don't
beleive me ask Victor, he knows the car and has helped me with it.

 Roman Rist (starting to like high windsheild cars as well)
