No... thats really NOT my style - I failed to mention to the list that last
monday the auto trans in the 81 corolla POS decided to permanently stick in
first gear. The car is not really worth dumping money into & I needed a new
"family" car . THe Daimler was the price of a late 80's Honda so we grabbed
it !
The Daimler looks just like a Jag MkII, which is possibly the most beautiful
4-dr Saloon ever produced (IMHO of course !) It's a RHD - ALL orig- just
gotta cure a leaky waterpump, and quiet a noisy valve to drive.(cross fingers
& grab some Marvel Mys.Oil) Bringing it home Wed. I had a 63 Mk II, but had
to let it go about 10 years ago, now I'm finally getting a replacement - Yeah
