Rallye catalogue?

Does anyone have a '92 Rallye catalogue for sale?  I have the Catalogue
Insert booklet, and have much appreciated Dann's sage advice on Roadster
repair and maintenance, but I often feel I'm left hanging when there's a
reference to a catalogue page number.

He has said he plans to publish a new edition, but with his expanded
website, that's not likely.  Does the catalogue include a price list or is
that separate?
