If anyone has California black plates on their car, would you send me (off list) the first 3 letters and the year of your car? I'm trying to figure out roughly what letters match up with each year. As far as I know they were issued sequentially starting in 1963. U or V seems to be around 1967. Thanks, Leigh Brooks BADROC |
