Belts & Top Cover Qs?

Dear Roadsterites,

Starting to warm up here in Albuquerque, time to take the top off.

I recently put on some new seat belts, does anyone have any tips on how to
hang the
shoulder harness (coming from the wheel well to the front) to the seats?

I really like the way those soft top covers/boots look.  Do they actually
cover the soft
top, or do you remove the soft top?  Who sells them?  How much are they?
