tach drive seal

Hello everyone,
I am in need of a seal for the tach drive shaft in the distributor mount. Does
anyone know of a part # that I could take down to my local parts store or is
this a part that must come from Nissan?
Also, can someone tell me the size of the chain used for the U20 timing
chains. I am beginning a search for alternatives to those "hen teeth" as I
heard someone call them.
