Personally I'd have it recovered at that place that shrink wraps it which
advertises in Hemmings. Dean @ Fairlady and maybe another vendor sell new
reproduction ones. I've seen many dashes that were covered by upholsterers
and they never seemed to come out right because of the way the originals
were constructed.

Sorry to disappoint you but I did want to be honest and not see you
disappointed.
