Factory Lightweight 1600s

Hi All.
I found out the other day that Nissan/Datsun made aluminium bumpers for 
the SP311 race cars in 1965 to 1967. One of these is hanging on the 
workshop wall of the former Australian factory raceteam mechanic. 

I've long known about the 2000 racers and the various lightening and 
alloy parts for them. Has anyone else heard about other factory mods 
for the 1500 and 1600 racers?
