Elroy Goto, the guy driving the red Datsun in those pages (and the original 
owner of Dan's Nissan Silvia) hit a hay bale at Ponca City in Jim Kellar's 
1600 shortly after that shot was taken. Surprisingly a dented front valance 
was the only damage suffered. Jim's car sported a matt black front valance 
forever after.
