most smells caused by absorbent materials.  Gotta ditch them all, including
probably the sound dampener on the floorboards (if not already gone.  Then,
my experience (mistakenly locked a cat in girlfriends car overnite, now an
ex, hmmm) was that the smell was ammonia, so you have to neutralize, or
overpower with acetic acid (white vinegar) and then baking soda.  <> Then
leave in direct sun for 45 minutes at 250 degrees, cover with cream cheese
and a slice of tomato, ..... oops, OT, must find recreation this weekend.

P.S. Anybody know what to do with a car that sat in the Southern Cal. Desert
for 13 years and had rats nest in the car?  The smell is pretty intense.
