2000 Parts Rebuild Needed

My black 2000 is a mess, it apparently needs a new head, timing chain, pistons, 
rings, and even though it has Solexes, it doesn't have a Solex Cam, so could 
use one as well.

Anyone have the parts and prices so my son in San Luis Obispo can put it back 
together?
