extremely knowledgeable and active group - sometimes too much so in my
opinion, with lots of
arcane chatter, OT stuff, and a definite bias against anything that is not a
Datsun ( I'm sure I'll be flamed for THAT!). . . it's easy to use the delete
key, tho.
There are also many, many web sites out there - I probably have 50 on my
"favorites"list.
There are also some superior vendors out there (Classic Datsun got me a 411
water pump), lots of Nissan dealers will still order parts, and it's amazing
what you can find at NAPA, etc.
There are many people who would visit the yahoo 411 site
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/datsun411s; it's a shame, tho, that people must
register and sign in to see pics, etc. Some time ago, I posted some 411 pics
on Photo Pont (before they started charging) and had 250 hits in a week!
Also, Carl - keep me posted on the motor mounts for the 411 - I need some
too.
