You would be much better off finding one that runs and drives and spending an 
extra 2 grand. What you described will need to be taken apart. The 
brakes,fuel lines ,most of the rubber will all be junk. You will spend $200 
on a soft top frame alone. If the engine is bad you will be looking at 
thousands. Remember most cars left to sit were left for a reason.
