New SR20

For the SR20 swappers.
I read about the new SR20 engine having a new valve mecanisme.
I only know B13/N15 and B14/N15 SR20 engines.
New Nissan Primera P12(for Europe only) already use the QR20, which
has variable valve timing.
Pivot arms have been removed also. Now the cam is acting directly on
the hyd. valve lifter.
So what's new on the US SR20 valve mec. They call it roller cams,
what's it about?
