Hi All,

I was wondering if the timing chains in the car I just got were not properly
installed, so after removing the valve cover, a friend helped me pull the
front cover off and look at the whole situation. The chains are off by at
least a tooth, and the bolt that holds the 'L' bracket is missing, and appears
to have fallen into the lower chain, and snapped off one of the guides! When
the front cover was removed, there was a 1"x2" piece of metal laying on the
bottom of the engine, half of the lower timing chain guide.
I'm inclined to install new timing chains, and I was wondering what the
least expensive route for parts is.

Thanks,
Moon
